Rhybadi

Rhybadi: cool off with a view of the Munot. The beautiful wooden baths have been the bathing spot for Schaffhausen residents for over 140 years - and are the oldest box baths in Switzerland.

If you need a change of perspective, visit the Rhybadi. It is a stroke of luck that the facility has always been carefully renovated with respect for the original architecture. You could float in the river pool forever and look out over the Munot, which looks particularly spectacular from this angle. The historic river pool has diving boards approx. 1 and 3 metres high, various pools in the Rhine water, a solarium, a Finnish sauna and books to borrow. The Spitz is also suitable for non-swimmers thanks to the intermediate floor. Closed from 13:00 in bad weather, which is indicated by the retracted flag.

In addition to a quiet after-work swim, the Rhybadi also has plenty of cultural attractions to enjoy.
