Lido di Melano

The lido of Melano looks out over Lake Lugano just north of the Gulf of Sovaglia, a river that rises from the depths of the Monte Generoso (1704 ms / m), the large mountain that dominates this country and its lake shore.

The privileged location of this beach allows the eye to grasp the branch to the south of Lake Lugano and admire the Monte San Giorgio (UNESCO World Heritage), but also to grasp the majesty of the Monte Generoso, who gives his back, to read the roughness of its most rocky and fascinating. From the panoramic terrace on the lake as the eye can perceive also the opening to the Pianura Padana which can be seen over the gulf and the villages of Capolago and Riva San Vitale.

The property offers a large lawn and a beautiful beach with sand. The beach volleyball court built in the Lido is available throughout the summer season. With lighting, meets the size requirements for the organization of official tournaments nationwide.​​
