Einleitung
Strandbad Thun is a lakeside swimming pool with stunning views over the lake towards the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau massif. The pools are heated and include a 50m Olympic pool, a 25m recreational pool, a non-swimmers pool with a depth of up to 1.20m and four diving boards 1m ,3m, 5m and 10m. There is also a wide water slide. Swimmers have direct access to the lake. Facilities include lawn areas for sunbathing partially shaded by trees, a toddlers play area, 3 volleyball courts and a restaurant with a terrace. Boots and Pedalos can be rented on site.
